Early morning wins
The sculpture is outdoors and free, but visitor pressure builds through the day. Early morning gives the best chance of a lower-friction photo and a calmer first read.
Midday is workable but busier
Midday can still work if your goal is simply to see the sculpture. Expect more people, harder shadows, and a higher need to stay alert around the curb.
Weather matters less than crowd flow
Because the bull is bronze and close to surrounding buildings, dramatic weather is less important than queue behavior, street glare, and how much room visitors leave around the sculpture.
